When you submit an enquiry, request a quote, track a shipment or apply for a role, we collect the details you provide — your name, company, email address, phone number, shipment details and, for job applications, your CV. We also record the IP address a submission came from so we can identify abuse of our forms.

How we use it

We use your information solely to respond to you: to prepare a quote, to answer a question about a consignment, to process a job application, or to keep you informed about a shipment already in our care. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Who we share it with

Handling international freight means working with carriers, overseas agents, customs authorities and transport providers. Where your shipment requires it, we share the details necessary to move and clear your cargo. We do not share your information with anyone else except where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and shipment records are retained for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our statutory, customs and accounting obligations. Job applications are retained for consideration against current and future openings, and you may ask us to delete yours at any time.

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you send us. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive documents through the website forms unless we ask you to.
